ate this morning. good thing didnt have to wait not many customers. Now the bad. worst ribs ever, dumplings taste like can. veg canned. worst money spent. Collins needs a new home cooked meal
place cause this aint what is advertized. very disappointed.

My experience here today was just unacceptable. I can heat a can of beans at home better than that.

My catfish was little nuggets not sure if it was even catfish. I asked was told, FRIED FISH. I paid extra because you only get one meat and got ribs. My rib looked like it was part of a lager slab and had been cut down the middle. It seriously was not 4 inches long and had no meat on it hardly. I'm mad and I'm hungry at this point so i just opt for dessert thinking I have a choice from 19 listed but come to find out there are only three and was told that was the list for the whole week and its Friday and that's all that is left. That's it!!! I'm done Main Street. False advertising besides taste bad. What a waste of my lunch hour and I'm still hungry.

This place sucks. Not even one third of what they claim on menu is available. The food is JUST NOT GOOD. Looks and taste like leftovers from last week. The service is ok, but you do everything yourself so really nobody to tip. Maybe they should only focus on dresses and shoes instead of fried chicken. Can't wait for a decent place to open to eat here.

One and done. Never again. That slogan of if it flies, swims or whatever and we cook it should read if its out of a can, not fresh or homemade we got you covered. Such a disservice to the public

Everything was delicious and a very good clean environment,the waitress and hostess and hospitality was excellent.i will be going back and telling others .

I don’t know what these people who gave bad reviews are thinking. I ordered meats dressing broccoli casserole and pies for Thanksgiving. Was fabulous. I’ll never stress over fixing all that stuff myself again❤️❤️❤️

i attended family thanksgiving an several sides, meats an pies i was told came from here. i am no chef but this was absolutely horrible. completely ruined my thanksgiving. what ever you just buy somewhere else.

What a waste of time! Feed our team for playoff's Was not good food, way over priced and three players were sick and didn't want to tell their coach because that's where HE wanted to eat. You may be good as a football coach but you picked a loser of a restaurant. Punt and go elsewhere next time!

I love this family but I lost all respect for you an your business today. The neighboring restaurant, Annie B's gave free meals to first responders etc. for 9/11. Instead of supporting their choice, you bashed them, made fun of them and mocked them. I ate with you because we were friends with you, but this is too much. What do you care if they gave free meals away? Why do you begrudge another success? Your food is not good, but tolerable. Your attitude is worse and cost you me as a customer. Friday I will eat at Annie B's.

Came with a group of working men. One trip meat & two. The portions are so little I had to go to McDonalds to get enough to eat. The hamburger steak with a frozen patty, not fresh meat. The potatoes were instant, bland. Not what I expected given the hype. Will not return. McDonalds was better. For such a small town there got to be something better to eat.

Went to get a to go plate and they want to charge me for every little thing. When they fixed it they said it was more than to eat there. I told them to just keep it. These people are crazy. ever day changing prices because of who you are, not what you getting to eat. Man in front of me got a whole box for $6.00 Steve the owner told me if i don't like it to go somewhere else he had customers to feed. Bye Steve.

What I saw on face book was not what I encountered. Much better marketing than presentation and taste. We were there early and hardly nobody was there except a lady and little boy and we watched him wipe his nose on some clothes. Whose idea was it to sell clothes and gifts in a greasy restaurant. Really thought that one out. I expected to see a dessert bar fit for a king and all i saw was a few an a menu board with a huge list and was told, were already sold out.....looks like they been here awhile so they should clean up the place and do better about offering what they have on menu before starting something else.

Have visited here before and all was well but today was really disappointing. For being a Monday I expected fresh since they are not open on the weekends. Everything taste like leftovers, canned, boxed. Left feeling disappointed and let down. I miss real dishes too. They were not really busy so I'm not sure what the problem is. It will be awhile before I return.

We stopped in Collins to eat an stretch a bit. Passed one restaurant an couldnt find a parking space so came here. went thru line an some rude man kept pushing us to hurry up an select even though nobody was there. we got ours an sat down an it was not edible. Nothing homemade just a hot mess. We left went back up street an found a space went in. Wow. Clean, buffet with huge selection. Best part was we paid nearly 25.00 for food plates here but there were got the daily deal of load your plate for8.00 (1-2 special).If you want clean friendly home cooking this aint it boys an girls. just a cheap imitation
