The ribs here are outstanding-tender, flavorful, and perfectly smoked with a snap rather than falling off the bone. Along with delicious sides like baked beans and fried mushrooms, the atmosphere feels like a cherished tradition I've enjoyed since childhood, making every visit a memorable experience.

The food at Hickory Log was absolutely delicious! I tried the ribs and they were outstanding, along with the deep-fried onion and other side dishes. While the service was a bit slow, the quality of the food more than made up for it. Hickory Log definitely has some of the best food in southeast Missouri!

Just was there today! Oh my goodness! The Christmas decorations were unbelievable! Such a treat! Wonderful BBQ's the onion rings and cheddar cheese balls! We got chicken strips dinner for the granddaughter. They were the best chicken strips! She loved them! Do yourself a favor and go before they decorations come down!
