Bayou Chocolate in Monroe has the best caramel apples I've ever had, especially the Margarita and apple pie flavors-so good I went back multiple times during spring break. The staff are super friendly, and they even cut the apples into slices for you, which is a nice touch. Besides the apples, their homemade chocolate-covered strawberries and pecan pralines totally hit the spot, and I can't wait to try more treats like their fudge and truffles next time.
