Went in for lunch with a friend the other day. The restaurant is beautiful. The food however was terrible. They were out of a bunch of selections and still had to get through dinner. I got the fried chicken. Flavorless and tough. Looked like it had been sitting there a long while. I also got green beans and then saw there was a few pieces of okra in a pan. I asked if there was anymore. The young kid that was working said he would fry some. Well he left my plate with the chicken and green beans just sitting out while the okra fried. My friends food was way below par as well. I will not be returning anytime soon.

Visited a couple of years ago. We loved the food! Old fashioned, soul food with a home taste.
