Chappy's has some of the best food around; their fries are always hot and fresh, which is a rare find for me. I had the Cobb salad, and it blew me away-it was definitely the best I've had in ages. The service is super friendly, and the atmosphere makes it a great spot for any meal, whether it's breakfast or lunch.
