The food was not good. The barbecue (we had both the ribs and chicken) tasted like it had never been on a grill but soaked in liquid smoke. The sides were not much better.

How this place gets 4 stars on TripAdvisor is beyond us. The service is rude, the bathrooms are dirty, and the hygiene of the staff is worse. We witnessed an employee sneeze into a sink, then use that same sink (hand washing station) without sanitizing to fill up customers water less than a minute later. The employees and management were loudly arguing and could be heard from the dining room. When we asked for a refund due to the unsanitary activities we had just witnessed, the owner Fred got very angry and argued loudly even though we had not even touched the food or picked it up from the counter. Ultimately we just had to leave without a refund.
