The BBQ pork sandwich had a good flavor, but the sauce was a bit too sweet for my liking. The baked beans were delicious, but the potato salad was overly sweet. The smoked chicken sandwich was large and juicy, although it lacked some flavor. The stew was hearty and flavorful, while the brownie was disappointing and dry. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was casual with picnic tables set up outside. Be sure to bring cash, as credit cards are not accepted at this smoke trailer located in a gas station parking lot.
