Recently discovered a new food truck in Baton Rouge and decided to check their social media and website for their schedule. Ended up ordering their Stuffed Turkey Club Panini, known as the 2nd degree, and was pleasantly surprised by the flavor explosion in my mouth. The panini bread, slaw-like lettuce and tomato, and cilantro dressing all came together in a delicious combination that left me wanting more.
