Kampai has been a consistent favorite of mine for years, offering delicious food and entertaining Hibachi experiences. The staff is friendly, and the sushi bar always delivers fresh and tasty options. The ambiance is welcoming, and the service is typically good, making it one of my go-to spots for both sushi and Hibachi in NY.

Always a lovely dinner joint, and the Moonstone pear sake is a nice treat when it's in stock! Pairing that with the Treasure Box meal in Traditional seating makes for a good night, though the Hibachi can be fun, too. Just make sure you have the spare funds for this dining experience.
