The dining experience at Minnoz was a delightful surprise during my week-long stay at the Bastion hotel in Nanaimo. The cozy ambience, friendly staff, and impressive selection of local BC wines made each meal a true treat, especially the perfectly cooked steak and delectable apple desserts. The Nanaimo bar cheesecake, though not on the menu, was a highlight that should not be missed - a rich and satisfying indulgence that perfectly capped off the dining experience.
