I went there to get a slice of my favorite carrot cake with my husband because they do have the best in Brooklyn however the young lady who waited on me was not so friendly, I asked her if I could have the slice closer to the front because it was the bigger slice she told me they don't pick certain slices we just take them off the tray , now this was absurd to me because I visit this bakery often and never had this issue, my husband told her we come here all the time and she replied I work here all the time and proceeded to put the slice she wanted in the box , which was odd to me because I've never seen her during any of my frequent visits , she was mad when my husband insisted that she give me what I asked for she slammed the cake down and proceeded to give me the bigger slice . I was taken aback by her behavior her customer service was awful and I've never experienced this kind of service there as much as I love the carrot cake I think I may need to find another bakery because she does not bring any positive energy to the establishment.
