If the ratings get too high, I might have to drop my review to three stars, but for now, I'm giving Fushimi a solid four to give it a fair shot. I've only tried their delivery so far, with items like salmon sashimi, tuna sashimi, and beef negimaki, all decent quality for the price. Fushimi might not be a top-tier spot, but it's a reliable choice for affordable sushi in Carroll Gardens, especially for those last-minute cravings with their late weekday hours.
