Cash only! Though the exterior and interior weren't much to admire, the line of customers waiting for food was a reassuring sign. I ended up ordering herring in bread, which was tasty but felt more suited for lunch, and enjoyed the COCO tea and pudding bread, all for just $7; despite the slow service, the experience felt worthwhile.

Be prepared to pay cash only when you visit this hidden treasure. Although the atmosphere may not impress at first glance, the steady stream of patrons waiting for their meals speaks volumes about the quality of the food. I enjoyed the herring in bread and the delicious COCO tea, and even with the slow service, the affordable prices make it a worthwhile experience for anyone in the area.
