I ordered dinner and my husband picked it up, on time. The porterhouse lacked flavor and was the thinest cut I've ever seen, the prime rib steak was dry and I mean dry, I have great cutlery and I felt like I needed a hacksaw. Since I ordered online I had to tip in advance and would have never tipped for this poor quality in-person. In fact I would have demanded a refund had I been at the restaurant. Its inconvenient to order, pick up, and the have to drive back for a refund. I do not plan to revisit your establishment EVER again. I do plan to make sure my friends and family are aware of the poor food quality and when dinner out is planned, I will make 100% sure, the Outback is not selected. I'm disgusted that in this economy you would take advantage of consumers. I paid almost $80 for food that was given to our dogs and thrown away. Shame on you for basically stealing my hard earned money, serving crap, and padding your pockets at the expense of hard working Americans!
