Had a bit of a learning curve to find my perfect sauce blend, but once I did, the flavors really shone through. The fast-paced, assembly line setup initially threw me off, accustomed as I am to leisurely hibachi dining, but I adjusted quickly to the quick-service nature of the establishment. My friends and I enjoyed a pleasant evening at HuHot, lingering past closing time with the gracious staff ensuring we were well taken care of throughout.
