I have visited this Krystals several times and I will never go there again. The worst burger's ever. Bread is always dry and the meat is always dry as well. The burgers are slapped together with mustard pouring out of them and sometimes there is no pickle. The fries are oily and taste bad. Service is horrible, so SLOW and the staff are unfriendly. Last Sunday we went there and waited 30 minutes for our food. Today we went for lunch and I ended up throwing my food away in a Walmart thrash can
This place sucks. If your a Krystal lover like me don't go to OOLTEWAH, you will be disappointed for sure.
