As someone who follows a gluten and dairy-free diet, I highly recommend Mindful Kitchen for its delicious and convenient meals that just need a quick oven reheat. The variety of dishes, like the Chicken Toscano and Shrimp/Artichoke Bake, have all been excellent and perfect for busy days.
