Last Friday at lunch, I sought out a quick and convenient dining option due to my recent knee injury. Happily, a cluster of food trucks lined the street near my office, offering a variety of flavorful choices for a satisfying meal. Among them, the Green Machine caught my eye with its prompt service and delectable cheese, spinach, and artichoke quesadilla, which boasted a smoky essence and left me content, though a bit more substantial or accompanied by a dip would have enhanced the experience.
