After being urged by a friend in Kersey, we decided to venture beyond the familiar Denver dining scene and make the drive north. The smoked prime rib we ordered was truly outstanding and well worth the journey. The welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and generous portions made for a memorable dining experience that felt authentically Colorado.
