Made a special trip down there. Arrived 10 minutes before closing and as I exited my car to enter, a gal smoking a cigarette in the parking lot informed me "We are closed". I responded "10 minutes early?" and she said "Yelp".
No apology or explanation offered. When I said I would never be back, she did not answer. Clearly they do not care about their customers.

I wanted to order tacos from this place, called to place an order and when the lady on the phone couldn't hear me, told me to "speak english." She was very unprofessional and rude throughout the entire phone call. I was so pissed about this particular woman, I went to spend my money elsewhere. Grubeez, I love your food, but this was just unacceptable. So please tell your employees if they are having a bad day to NOT take it out on their customers. My rating will change when the service changes.

I love eating from Grubeez! Great food at great prices! Everyone is so friendly We really love the daily specials. Can't wait for the new site on Rockingham to open
