I enjoyed my recent meal from this eatery, where the quality of the ingredients stood out and the prices were fair. Despite the slightly slow delivery, the overall service was exceptional and I was pleased with my experience. The variety of dishes I tried, including the chicken platter, cheese steak, and cheese pizza, were all delicious and satisfying, making this place a new favorite for me.

I'm from Philly. All day. There are Pete's in Philadelphia and I usually have no issues. Today at work, however, was a debacle. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak with my meat chopped fine, mayo, salt, pepper, ketchup and provolone. Imagine my surprise when I received my order....with pepperoni. I called the location and explained the issue. Fine. I get the sandwich I ordered, check it downstairs and see onions on it AND my meat is chunky. I called for a second time and asked what could be done. At this point it's been 2 hours since I ordered and here I have a chunky steak with onions. Woman on the phone was a doll. Gave me a $5 credit but I stressed that the company I work for literally orders from Pete's EVERY. DAY. They got to do betterrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!
