I have been going to Casapulla's in Red Mill 2X a week since working from home. It has been nice and convenient because it is close to home and they bring it out to me. I order the same thing each week, a sub one day and chicken tenders the other. Yesterday was the 2nd time my tenders were burnt. I called the first time and they only offered me to drive back for a new order. Why should I have to go out of my way for their error. They were nice, so I let it go. Yesterday, they were burnt again and when I called, they were not as nice and again wanted me to go out of my way to get a new order. I explained how this was the 2nd time and still I got nothing. They know me after going 2X a week for the last 5 months and they should have apologized and offered me a free order next week. I told them they lost my business and they didn't care. I thought I was helping a small business during CV19 and always gave a tip, but I will not be going back. Now when I want a sub, I will have to go to Elsmere, because Casapulla's are the best subs!!
