Arriving late after a flight from Vegas, I found myself drawn into the vibrant ambiance of Union Station's bar, where the energy was palpable despite the late hour. I ordered a burger with sweet potato fries and enjoyed a delicious old fashioned, the drink perfectly complementing the rich flavors of the meal. Though the food had its ups and downs, the welcoming atmosphere and attentive service made it a memorable introduction to my Denver adventure.
