During a stay in Denver, I found a restaurant in Terminal A of the airport where the food, service, and ambiance were all impressive, especially the chicken sandwich, maitake mushrooms with an Asian-inspired sauce, and the tender beef French dip, though the latter could have used more seasoning. I also visited Mercantile Dining & Provisions at Union Station, appreciating the fresh, well-presented dishes like shishito peppers, lobster fritters, and scallops, along with attentive service and a lively atmosphere that made for a satisfying meal experience.
