As most raw-living foods cafes are concerned they tend to lack in living and seem to be more concerned with the raw... awe affect! High fatty chocolates and rich nut pate's are usually an establishment's claim to fame. Unfortunately you end up leaving feeling like a bowling ball hit you in the stomach and your colon is arrested for the next day, or two. it's not because these places are trying hurt you, it's that they know a raw chocolate truffle is probably going to sell better than a fermented, sunflower seed cheese rap. These folks do a wonderful job with living foods. The energy soup is awesome and most of it comes from their back yard... wow! Now that is living and most definitely a colon lift! I would recommend the Sedona Raw Cafe to everyone!
