The ice cream sandwich I had was truly exceptional, with a perfect balance of pie filling, ice cream, and buttery cookies. As a fan of both cookies and ice cream, this treat was like heaven in a bite for me. Despite the delicious flavors and ambiance, I did notice that the caramel in the salted caramel brownie filling became too hard after being in the freezer.
