VERY disappointing. For $18.89 a rib-eye should be delicious...mine was disgusting...stringy, fatty I could barely cut it. I ordered rare and got almost raw. Service was so bad...we got our soup after the meal was served. I watched as other tables were served one meal and made to wait a long time for the second meal....drinks were being sent back.....I ma spreading the word..you suck!

WENT FOR THE 1ST & LAST TIME!! I Had a 20 oz. sirloin that looked MANGLED...11 OZ. WERE FAT & GRISSEL! SOO DISAPPOINTED...SPENT $60!! COULD HAVE GONE TO WENDY'S & HAd a FEAST** MY FIANCE HAD THE LARGE PRIME RIB...NO TASTE TO IT IT WAS AWFUL..WAITRESS SAID SORRY. SO MUCH FOR CELEBRATING OUR ANNIVERSARY THERE EVER AGAIN..DIDN'T EVEN OFFER FREE DESSERT....WILL NH0OT GO BACK U ALL STAY AWAY..SAVE YR $$$$

well to start off our waitress did not know where her section was,we sat for 10 mins before i got up and asked for a waitress.she was unable to write down our order and get it correct, she wrote down "B" for balsamic salad dressing and forgot what the b stood for and brought ranch. she was nice and did try to do her job, she was just horrible at it.. now for the food i ordered blackened grouper and it tasted like it was broiled only, my wife ordered the "bay scallops" they were very good but there was only 9 of them the size of a nickle and the price was $16.99.. we also ordered 1/2 bucket of oysters and lightly steamed and they arrived over cooked and rubbery.. the draft beer was over 3 dollars each.. so overall not only will i never go back but i will not even look in that direction when driving by..

Everything above great, but your waitress and barmaids have no training in how to represent your business, i have noticed the following, the girls were always playing with their hair, burshing with their hands and triling it around thier fingers, also scratching their heads. This is very unsanitary. pulling and adjusting theri clothes in dining room and behind the bar. they should be told not to do this, it is a turnoff

Young female manager really ignorant. Soggy corn, Shrimp had no taste plus it wasnt cooked long enough which she admitted to after tasting it. Said she would take some money off the bill. My husband then calmly told her "the best advertising is by word of mouth." which is true. She then said, you arent going to threathen me. Im not taking anything off your bill if you are going to threathen me and then she walked away. Her parents must own the place. She certainly shouldnt be in a managerial position.
