The pan-seared Salmon burger at this restaurant is absolutely incredible, and Jessica Eguiluz provides excellent service whether you're dining at the bar or in the restaurant. I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast during my stay at the hotel - the food was delicious, and the service was prompt and welcoming.
