Bad service, first time visit. I am 65 and waitress took my drivers license with her when asking for a beer

ordered 'triple play', which is chips with avocado, salsa, and cheese sauce. Avocado was not mixed up well and had such huge chuncks it was hard to get on a chip. cheese was cool, not warm. It came out in a minute of ordering, so must be prepared in advanced and not too fresh. Waitress said 'that's the was it is prepared and cared less.
