The food at El Vaquero West is always great with generous portions and tasty margaritas. The service is friendly and fast, making for an excellent lunch experience. I especially love the shrimp soup and big California Burrito, along with the outstanding salsa. It's a solid choice for authentic Mexican food in central VA!
