I absolutely love the build-your-own ice cream cookie sandwich concept at this local spot! The ice cream flavors are more unique and delicious than what you typically find, and the shop itself is adorable and smells amazing. I'll definitely be returning for more of their great ice cream and fantastic service.

I've been a loyal customer to Cookielicious since the beginning of May, 2014. I've brought someone new each time. The cupcakes are delicious and I wanted to share that sweet tooth with someone. And after every visit I, and friends and family, have left with a smile. I even signed up for the rewards program when it started. However on my last visit to this bakery our experience was the worst . Our server had a band aid on her right thumb. She was putting our cupcakes and cookie in containers when I noticed . My mom is a nurse and my dad is a lawyer. I have definitely learned about proper sanitation and the cases similar to that. I was with my siblings and a friend. This was my friend's first experience. I politely asked if the server could put on a glove and she looked at me blankly until I gave her a reason. I said "my parents both have doctorates in fields that deal with germs." Without a response, she walked to the back of the store, reached over the shelf and put on a glove. The happy mood suddenly changed. I said thank you and she didn't respond again. When I was finished paying, she thanked us for shopping with Cookielicious in a programmed voice. I could tell it wasn't sincere and she was mad. I had asked politely and the good costumer service was not there. I don't know if the server was the owner. But my friend who I recommended this place to ultimately had the worst experience. And I'm not coming back with costumer service like that.
