I'm thrilled we discovered this hidden treasure in Hilo; I wasn't sure we'd have time, but the farmers market was more about browsing than lunch. The chicken katsu curry turned out to be the best I've ever had, with generous portions and an explosion of flavor that made the wait well worth it.
