This bustling spot can get quite crowded, so be prepared to wait a bit. Despite the rush, the attentive staff efficiently seats everyone with a gracious touch, making the experience worth the wait.

A great, eclectic place to have a delicious breakfast or lunch. The food is best around. Friendly service, laid back atmosphere, strong coffee. I highly recommend it. Plus the owner is a Saluki! I have to go there everytime I am in Carbondale.
