I ordered 2 subs online. I get there to pick up and after waiting for about 15 minutes they brought out one small bag. I asked if both subs were in bag she said yes. I opened the bag and saw just one sub. I told her I had just one and told her which was missing. She went to the back to "get " the other one, came out and didn't say a word. I waited patiently until she waited on the customers who had walked in. I asked where my sub is. She said oh she didn't see you wanted 2 so she has to make it. I said well just give me a refund because this one is getting cold as I wait. She had to get the manager for the refund. The manager had no clue how to do a refund. I paid 18.00 for 2 subs she handed me 10.00. I'm sure that still isn't correct but I was so frustrated I took it and left. I never once got an apology because they messed up and because my sub they made was getting cold. Got home with the sub for my father. After a few bites he says well this sub came with a little extra. I said extra? He said yeah there is fruit flies coming out of this lettuce. I will never get anything from this place again. Horrible service! Horrible food.

I'm giving the food and value both a 10 for this review because the food that I've had from there has been DELICIOUS!

Also, for the amount you get as far as portion size, I think it is well worth the money.

I gave the atmosphere because I've never eaten in - I always do pick-up and eat at home or work. I wanted to leave it off all-together, but it wouldn't let me. That's why it is a 1.

On service, I give this a 5 because while the staff has always been polite, they seem as though they'd rather be somewhere else. Never really rude, as far as that goes - just kind of indifferent.

Generally, customer service people should be outgoing a little (at least in my opinion). I've attempted to make general conversation while waiting on my order a time or two and more or less get ignored... haha. Not a big deal, but gets them a 5. :p

Overall, I definitely recommend the place!
