The bagels at Bagel Talk, under new ownership, are now the best on Long Island. With a crispy exterior and a soft, chewy interior, they are a clear 9.5 on my rating scale. While they may not have all varieties yet, the ones they do offer are absolutely fantastic. Give them a try and experience the goodness for yourself!
