Oh man, that cake from Frank & Son's was seriously amazing! The chocolate cake was so light and fluffy, and the chocolate buttercream was just perfect - not too heavy. I can't believe I almost missed out on this deliciousness!

While in Yuma, Az, I married a young lady who was originally from East Moriches, NY. Her father was a police officer in Patchoque and she went to Eastport High School. After our daughter was born, we went to New York to meet her family. The first time I ever came to your business was the night we got into NY. My daughter ask the person behind the corner what one of your pastries was while sticking her finger in it, without a pause your employee said "yours now" I laughed so hard but loaded up on your cheese pastries and devoured them for the next three days. I LOVE them. We came to NY again this last April when one of my sister-in-laws died. Needless to say I bought every piece of pastry in your shop that had cheese, also several cheese & apple triangular pastries that must of weighed a pound each. We live in Albuquerque, NM so getting to your bakery is impossible but that doesn't stop me from dreaming about them. They are the greatest! How could I get some boxed up and sent to me? 505-890-5402

Horrible service. i placed an order for a graduation cake to be picked up at 11:30am on a Saturday. I went to pick up cake after the graduation at 12:20pm and the cake was not ready. The only thing the two older women would say behind the counter was they are business and there is nothing they can do. i wanted until 12:55pm to get a graduation cake picked up that i ordered for 11;30AM. No apology or anything -- all the women would say is they are busy and there is nothing they can do .. i would have to wait. This is the worst place ever -- i have never ordered a cake anywhere that was one hour and forty late -- i even paid upfront for my cake. the cake was late but what was even worse was the bakeries attitude about the whole thing. VERY RUDE. The quality of the cake was not good i ordered strawberries and cream in the cake and when cutting cake it broke apart. i think there were only about five strawberries in the cake. The cake was a 12 by 12 two layer cake .. very disappointed with the quality!!! Service sticks.. you order a cake for pickup at 11:30am and you go to pick it up at 12:20pm and it is not ready -- you have to wait another 30 minutes to receive your cake. the bakery staff offers no apology or anything to make me feel good as a consumer. They pretty much told me it is what is is .. TU FF! worst bakery ever.!!!
