I had the best aguachiles I've ever tasted in the entire San Fernando Valley at El Uli's. The shrimp were impeccably cleaned, the onion finely diced, and they used real lemon juice that made the flavors pop. The prices were incredible, and the unique and pleasing taste left me yearning for more.
