Great place. Meatloaf was wonderful, chocolate cake and ice cream for dessert what can I say so good, can't forget the sweet tea loved it. Definitely will stop again hopefully on a Friday night for the catfish.

One of the best kept secrets of North Louisiana. Service and food are outstanding. I recommend the fried pork chop with the buttermilk pie for dessert.

I felt like I was invited over some ones house to eat dinner. I can only describe it as the home cooked meals that you wish you remembered from childhood. I had the grilled chicken breast with a side of slaw, baked potato, and toast. Very well done meal. Their slaw is very simple, yet one of the best I've had. My girlfriend had fried Catfish with fries, salad, and hush puppies. It was all top notch. You even get green tomatoes and onions, which should be with every southern style meal as far as I'm concerned. We will definitely go back. The only unfortunate thing was it made me wish other places offered at least half the quality of service that I received from Gibsland Grill. They will fax you a menu if you want and they also have a book swap just bring in one of your old books and trade for something new to you.

Got a great bowl of crawfish etouffe at the Gibsland Grill. They really treat you right at this cozy homestyle spot. They serve this great grilled toast along with dinner. Make sure to try the buttermilk pie or the chocolate chess pie. Both were terrific. After you eat, drive up the road to the bullet-riddled stone marker where Bonnie and Clyde were gunned down in a police ambush. BYOB. All five stars.
