Not what they used to be. They used to actually care about their customers, but not anymore. They messed up my order recently, and instead of giving me a refund they said rhey would mail me a gift card which made no sense. I used to eat here once or twice a week with tons of friends and family. They could have just given me a gift card on my next visit. I never received a gift card and now they just ignore me because my business means nothing to them. These people have a horrible attitude and poor way of running a business. I would never treat a customer the way they have treated me, but they do this now because they just don't care. Sad to lose a customer for life who brought you so much business.
