Papa Phil's was one of our favorite restaurants and we were shocked to see that it closed last week! The owner was so personable, the service was always good, delicious home made pasta, great atmosphere. Would love to contact the owners to express how much we loved the restaurant. Thanks for many delicious meals!

There were four of us dining on a Thursday nite and it was splendid. Ample portions prepared as a good Italian restaurant will do. Good atmosphere and a recommendation to eat there whenever in Madison looking for home cooked Italian fare.
