Just had to swing by again! Last time, I promised myself a plate of that fried catfish. Let me tell you, what I got was a taste of heaven on a plate! The seasoning was just right, making it the best fried catfish I've ever had. The sweet potatoes were a dream too - fresh, perfectly spiced, and not overly sweet like those marshmallow-topped ones. It's like each bite takes you to a place of pure bliss.
