The service at the Lamplighter was outstanding - our waitress was super nice and friendly. I tried the pot roast and the porterhouse, both were delicious. The atmosphere was welcoming and cozy, definitely a great spot for a meal with friends or family.

The food and service were good. The problem was we had to swat the flies through our entire meal. We would have liked to have sat and chatted for awhile as I was with my son and his girlfriend who were going back to college in just a few days. We packed it up and went across the street to dairy barn. We got ice cream and continued our visit there.
