Fishing and EATING fish is a family passion that we feel has made us kinda “fish frying professionals” when it comes to offering THE BEST DANG catfish on Truman Lake!
Our catfish is U.S. farm-raised and delivered weekly. We hand trim & bread premium filets (not fat belly) & cook to order ~ we take pride in this process and believe you will taste the difference!
