09/27/2018 - Very disapointed experience
I ordered a diner for 4 and wanted to upgrade my Chicken Chow main to a Chicken Cantonee. They told me on the phone it's 5$ more, so I said sure no problem! At my surprise, when I came to pay, it was 10$ more. I asked why when it says on the individual menu; the chow main is 10$ and the Cantonee is 15$, I said it should be 5$ difference... why are you charging me 10$ more? They said well, let me go get the boss. I spoke to the owner and I explained the situation. She said well, this is because you took and upgrade and we need to charge 10$ more because of that and also because it's a big package! I said to myself, ok well then, this is the last time you will see my face. I'm a Very disappointed customer. I was going there on occasion, but I'm done... I think that they are deloyal to their customers.
