We stumbled upon Oven Head during a visit to Nova Scotia, where salmon was surprisingly scarce. Joe and Debbie, the owners, are incredibly friendly and passionate about their cold-smoked salmon. Their products, while a bit pricey at $20/lb for whole and $24 for sliced, are well worth the cost for the mouthwatering taste.
