I ordered a LG 18” Pepperoni pizza from Castle Pizza in Hinsdale 01/07/11. My family and I were very disappointed when it arrived because there was barely any pizza sauce on it. I called to complain only to find out there customer service skills are worse then their pizza. I explained the problem to the lady on the phone and she said “I don’t understand how that could be we go through the same process everyday” then she went on to say “maybe your used to extra sauce“. OK hello didn’t you just say you use the same process everyday so if this is true unless I asked for extra sauce why would I be used to having it with extra sauce. At no point did she offer to fix or replace my pizza. I got to give her credit though she did say the next time I order she would make shore it had extra sauce. But I told her their wasn’t going to be a next time. I don’t really have a problem if there is a mistake so long as they are willing to fix it. Castle Pizza can’t even admit that their was a problem. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a bad experience with this company. In the past they changed their cheese to an imitation brand and it was so bad we didn’t order from them for 2 years until recently we thought we would give it another go. Are mistake I guess. If you want good pizza A1 Pizza in Hinsdale makes a really good pizza and they deliver.
