Owner is great, so is the food, don't believe the hype go in and try it for yourself.

Visited this restaurant for the first time tonight. Only ordered a large egg drop soup to go. When I got out to the car I looked in my bag and saw there was no spoon but I also notice that only three quarters of the container was full of soup and for $4, ( over $1 more than most take out Chinese restaurant) I wanted it to be full. I really don't think that is an inappropriate request. So I went back inside and I was greeted by what I now know to be the owner ,I asked for a spoon and said very politely ,with a smile, do you think you could please fill this up the rest of the way... he immediately got offended and started spouting off that if he filled it up and I spilled in my car ,,,that I would be angry with him. And so I then (sweetly) told him that I promise if I spilled it on myself- I would not hold it against HIM..... I said to him it didn't have to be to the absolute tippity top but at least fill it appropriately to where the container is "almost full." but again he said "that's how we feel them up and that's all there is to it". Again, I kept my cool and I said "Sir, you're going to lose a customer over this- is it REALLY WORTH losing a customer? ",,,If I paid for a large container of soup I would like to receive a large container of soup ,but again he (In not such a polite way) told me to "buzz off". So I left with my plastic spoon and less than three quarters of a container of soup. By the time I got across the street to the market basket parking lot I decided to call back over to the restaurant ,I was greeted on the phone by a young American girl names Evelyn and I would like to point out that Evelyn was extremely sweet and apologetic to me on the phone. I said "please take down my number and tell the owner that I am going to leave appropriate reviews online for my experience at his restaurant." I waited half an hour and expected him to call back and say "oh my goodness .....I don't know what I was thinking .....please come back and I will fill up your container." But no such luck and so in the end- a few tablespoons of broth would have made me a happy repeat customer. With that said how was the egg drop soup? It was ok -just ok- it had a lot of CARROTS in it (which is something I've never seen before) they were all universally diced and obviously frozen carrots something I would most definitely omit in the future....... So I would not recommend this restaurant which obviously does not put customer service as a priority

Been there a few times.food is always good but their wait staff sucks.its been the same 2 girls last 5 or 6 times I've been in.they are not attentive at all.always had to ask for certain things (silverware,napkins etc...) the tall blonde acts like she doesn't wanna be there.the fat brunette who shouldn't be wearing yoga pants just stand there and talk. So I gave them a bad tip.the owner who seems stuck up sees it but I guess she does not care.

If you want to deal with a unreasonable owner that barely speaks english has a unstable attaude,then this is the place to go !!!!
