I discovered this Portuguese butcher shop while driving around NJ with my daughter, who's practicing her driving. The store had a wide selection of meats and Portuguese sausages, including a delicious chicken sausage and smoked chaurico. The quality of the meat here is outstanding, perfect for my Texas-style BBQ cooking. I make the trip from PA regularly now for their beef ribs and homemade sausages - it's worth the extra drive for the good stuff!
