We enjoyed an eggplant parmigiana sub. The eggplant was sliced super thin; the gravy wasn’t at all bitter, even slightly sweet, not salty! The bread was perfectly soft. We’ve had Mike cater two affairs for us in the past and we were very pleased. I would encourage you to eat his food- you won’t be disappointed.
