The wife and I try to get there at least twice a month and can say food/service is what's expected...GREAT

Ate there a few times with my parents. The wait staff is very courteous and kind. They will go out of their way to make sure your dining experience is great.The food is great! Would highly recommend the canadian bacon!The other person's review is completely inaccurate! The waitresses never say "oh well". And as far as hair in the food, it is completely untrue! You ever think you may be shedding! Don't blame this establishment or give them a bad review for your personal hygiene! I highly recommended this restaurant!!

oh, horsesh!t. I've been going to Flapjax for a couple of years now and every waitress has been very kind. No way would any of them ever say, "Oh well" if a customer was overcharged. As for hair in the food, maybe you're shedding, darlin.

found hair in my food 6 months ago and hadn't gone back until today. decided to give it another try. guess what. hair in my food again. got overcharged for something I didn't order or get and the waitress said oh well when I brought it to her attention. told my experience to someone else and they told me they also found hair in the food. doesn't seem like they follow the food codes in this place. stay away!!
